Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and have the original safety shrink band still intact.

Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Return Process:

1. Notify Us: Please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
   • Your order number
   • The reason for your return
   • A picture of the unopened, unused product with the safety shrink band clearly visible.
2. Approval & Instructions: LAAYCA LLC will review your request and notify you of the approval status and shipping instructions within two weeks of receiving your email.
3. Shipping Your Return: Customers are responsible for upfront shipping costs for returns.
4. Refund Processing: Once LAAYCA LLC receives the returned product and visually confirms it is unopened, unused, and the safety shrink band is intact, your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to the original card used for purchase and will include any shipping charges, up to a maximum of $12.00.

If this happens, please know that the product’s beneficial properties are still intact; only the texture is affected. Simply let it set at room temperature for 24 hours, and it should stabilize for use.
